All ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase. Made-to-order, Imprint and commissioned jewellery typically takes 6–8 weeks to craft before shipping, depending on the design.
Australian domestic orders are shipped via tracked standard or express Australia Post. International orders are sent via DHL or tracked Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number via email once your item is on its way.
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
While all shipments are tracked, we are not liable for packages that go missing in the post. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
