Returns & Refund Policy 

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing or failure to care for your jewellery. This includes bespoke and commissioned pieces.

Bespoke and commissioned jewellery is final sale and is not eligible for refund or exchange for change of mind.

 

Warranty

We take great pride in the quality of our craftsmanship.

We offer a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing faults in materials or workmanship.

If a manufacturing fault arises within this period, we will assess the item and, where appropriate, offer a complimentary repair or replacement in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. A replacement could take up to 3 months.

To make a warranty claim, please contact hello@tianatatnell.com with:

  • Your proof of purchase

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item

We may request the piece be returned for further assessment before approval.

 

Return Shipping 

If a return is approved due to a confirmed fault, we will advise on the appropriate return process.

We recommend insuring all return shipments, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

 

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • General wear and tear

  • Accidental damage or breakage

  • Loss of jewellery or gemstones

  • Bent claws or settings caused by impact

  • Damage caused by improper care, misuse or negligence

  • Resizing or repairs carried out by a third party

Any repairs, alterations or work undertaken by another jeweller will void this warranty.

 

Repairs Outside Warranty

Repairs required outside of the warranty period, or for damage not covered under this warranty, can still be assessed. A quote will be provided prior to proceeding with any work.

We strongly recommend following our care guidelines and having fine jewellery inspected regularly to maintain its integrity.
