Shipping is worldwide. Please check the legalities for importing goods into your country before you buy jewellery from overseas, as some countries have certain regulations. You are responsible to be informed about any customs taxes, regulations or restrictions to avoid any surprises once the jewellery arrives in your country. International shipping is a flat rate of $30.

Once the parcel is shipped to you, you will receive a tracking number via email and we will no longer be liable for the item.

Tiana operates as a sole trader, managing all aspects of her business including administration, website management, social media, content creation, product design, and jewellery production. Her vision includes expanding with an Australian team down the line.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, wear and tear, failure to care for your piece or incorrect sizing - so please ensure you know your correct size! If you have ordered a ring that is not your size, we (may) be able to make it a few sizes bigger - but not smaller. If you have an enquiry about this, please send send us a message on IG @TianaTatnellJewellery or email hello@tianatatnell.com

If you believe there is a manufacturing fault in your piece or damage during transit, we will accept the piece back (up to 7 days after arrival) to fix damage or replace it fully which may take up to 3 months. If we deem that the item is not faulty or not in its original condition or packaging upon return, we reserve the rights to not provide a refund for any item.

For any returns, shipping and handling is at the customers cost. All returns must be sent back in their original condition and packaging

YES! Your piece is made to be worn and made to last. We take pride in using high quality materials and ancient jewellery techniques to craft my pieces, ensuring the best quality possible. Tiana Tatnell Jewellery is made with solid precious metal (unless stated otherwise) and can be worn in water. In saying this, we always advise for your sterling silver jewellery to be kept away from harsh chemicals including chlorine.

All of the opals we use in your pieces are solid Australian opals - which means they are colourfast and will maintain their colour when submerged in water. Please treat your opal jewellery with care as they are a softer stone and can crack if mistreated. We do not work with doublet or triplet opals as they can discolour over time.

These pieces are made to be worn and passed down generations.

If you have any enquiries about a piece, sizing or anything jewellery related, please get in touch via email hello@tianatatnell.com or DM us on Instagram @TianaTatnellJewellery.
